If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Pure luxury jewelry for an exchange or return. We do value and appreciate our customers therefore we try and resolve any concerns. When it comes to made to order items, we require a 20-30% restocking fee depending on the specifics which are discussed post purchase. “Made to order items” Can be any category item that is altered from its original state (color, size, length, etc) Please give our team a call if any further concerns or questions.

Return Policy Guidelines:
To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department to receive confirmation and approval.
Packages sent back to Pure luxury jewelry without a return confirmation given beforehand will be refused upon arrival.
Jewelry Items may only be returned for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, engraved or damaged in any way, are not eligible for a return.
Custom orders are non-refundable. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production.
Any item that is engraved is non-refundable.
Any item that is put on layaway, hold, deposit, etc is custom
Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.
Jewellery under 18 inches and over 24 inches non-refundable.
Bracelets under 7 inches and over 8 inches non-refundable.
If Original Gold Color is Altered in any way/shape/form your order is non-refundable.

Ship and Insure Your Package.
If the item being returned is under $500:
You may ship via any carrier service, including FedEx, or DHL. Please ensure to receive a confirmation of delivery, and keep the shipment tracking number as confirmation of shipment.
If the item being returned is over $500:
Ship your package only with DHL Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the item. Please ensure to receive a confirmation of delivery, and keep the shipment tracking number as confirmation of shipment. Please make sure to use only DHL and not FedEx. DHL is the only company which will insure jewelry for over $500.
Please Note: Pure Luxury Jewellery will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
